This is a remix from: Ender 3 Pro IR CUT Camera with Z-Axis Mount by mardun on Thingiverse: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4407112 and it uses the clamp piece from this model Ender 3 V2 X-Axis Tensioner Mount: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4880836 This mount allows you to mount your IR Pi camera on the right side of your X axis gantry and gives you the ability to watch the print along the Z axis as it prints. It is designed to work with this particular Infrared Raspberry Pi camera. https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32831783732.html I orient the back bracket where the loop is at the top on the back of the holder piece. It may work the other way, but that is how I specifically designed the axis arm to work.
