Anet A8 Y belt tensioner - Tensor de la correa del eje Y
Description
I was not happy with the Anet A8 y belt tensioner that comes from the factory, so I designed a new one. The design parameters were: 1) It should be mounted on the front beam, using the existing holes 2) It should be adjusted from both sides rather than using an adjustable angle tensioner This is the result, and It really works. I only had to adjust it once. It is composed by 3 pieces: a) It is basically a square common washer b) It holds 4 M4 nuts. 2 nuts hold the tensioner to the front beam. The other 2 nuts are used to tight the belt c) The piece that holds the bearings that conduct the belt.
