gearbox for ultimaker2. Is well known the ultimaker2 problem with its extruder. It gets block because it doesn't have enough torque to feed the printer. there are a lot of extruders that you can buy to solve the problem. With this design, you can reuse the original Ultimaker extruder. The gearbox needs to be attached to the stepper motor and the original Ultimaker extruder is attached to the gearbox. The gears are 3d printed with Nylon. Since I have installed this design I have not had any problem with the extruder. all the components from the original extruder are reused. Only two F695-2RS bearing and a dowel pin are needed.
