CR10 v2 v3 Bowden mount for Direct Drive mod
Description
When adding Direct Drive to CR10v2 it is good to have the filament pull through the bowden and this will stop the extruder pulling itself on the filament and a variable filament path as the head moves. This bracket fits to the original extruder mounting holes and aligns the bowden to the filament sensor. The existing drive can be mounted on the print head and the bowden is located into the tension arm by drilling a counderbore hole to match the bowden 4mm diamater approx 6 mm deep. I printed this on its edge with the spigot pointing up but good bed adhesion is needed as it will detatch. It can be more easily printed by laying it flat and using supports. I used fuzzy skin in Cura just for fun but it's not needed! The Direct Drive bracket is from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4032096
