Twelvefold watering device
Description
This is a kind of twelve-way watering can/device for my seed tray. You submerge it under water and close the small opening on the handle with your index finger. This keeps the water inside the device and you can position it above the seed tray. If you remove your index finger from the opening, air can flow in and the water flows out the bottom. About 10 ml of liquid is dispensed per plant. The device is designed for a seed tray with a layout of 3 to 4 (=12) plants. The distance between the watering holes is about 41.5 mm. What is new in Version 10? - Improved the top handle: there is no overhang left so that is easier to print air-tight without supports; made special surfaces to place your thumb and fingers instead. - Improved the opening where the fluid comes out, it was too large in the old version. The newer version "runs" smoother. The device is more of a fun project and I will continue to improve it. if you have any suggestions for improvement, I would love to hear from you. I appreciate any new ideas.
