Home_of_Tronxy

Description

Home_of_Tronxy It is a housing for a SKR 2 board, which is equipped with CR10s per adapter boards Implements ribbon cable. I designed this for my Tronxy X5SA-400. The hardware gave me some headaches, but now it works. 2 pieces of CR10s are required per adapter board, one for the head part, one for the case. They need to be modified as follows: upper adapter board: I connected the PT100 connection to 24V and the PT100 pin with a cable directly, as this is not used. At this connection I have connected to the FAN1 and thus made controllable. On one plug connection If FAN4 is connected to 24V and GND, an unregulated fan can be connected to this will. lower adapter board: The PT100 pin is connected directly to the lower (GND) pin with a cable, since this is not occupied. The FAN1 is connected to this connection and thus represents a controllable fan connection. From Z- becomes a direct connection to the contact strip (pin Z-) established, connection is through an optocoupler interrupted, I removed this and the diode to + 5V. !!!The power connection of the Z-limit switch must not be connected under any circumstances, because this is 24V. In this case, the board will boil off !!! The tests went well for me, but there is always a residual risk for which I am not responsible! The newer Z-distance sensor from Tronxy ran on me with 4.7V signal strength. Now I will adjust the firmware. Of course, the cabling can also be done without the CR10s per adapter board carry out. I haven't planned any filament sensors yet. It is for one Mosfet is already provided with a bracket, but has not yet been used. Update, I'm sorry, but unfortunately I set the wrong case. During assembly, I also noticed the wrong cable opening, now it should fit. Addendum: Voltage divider circuit see picture 13 no guarantee
