Laica-Zwilling Fresh Save Vacuum adapter
Description
Vacuum adapter for Zwilling boxes and Laica Vacuum machine, to be made in TPU Two versions are available; V1 is to be printed the top side on the plate. To keep it more "sealed" it's a good idea to put some glue on the "gaskets" and make it dry. Some glues in fact tends to create a very flat surface once dry, so the vacuum will work better. Version two has to be printed on glass beds or very flat beds as the "gasket" is made from TPU itself. No Supports if possible. I've tested version 1 and works perfectly; V2, to work properly, needs to cut the outside brim; both have the hole a little larger than needed, to avoid that different printer settings would hamper the usefulness of the tool; I used some tape (with the glue toward the adapter) to finetune the tenth of mm needed to have a complete seal. I've added V3 with smaller "gasket"; works better than V2 if your printer works well with TPU. Here I've also made the tube hole slightly smaller so to avoid the need of tape. All 3 design works well; personally I'll use the 3rd even if also the 1st, with glue as gasket, works very well.
