Castle Grayskull HeroScape
Description
Hi Guys, I 'Heroscaped' this beautiful design of DiMarzio for home use purposes. Feel free to print it at your home and have fun with it! It's completely compatible with regular HeroScape Tiles. The fun part of it is the versitality of the design and the use of an interior, which gives it the feeling of the original playset. Printing advice. I advice to print the lower part stl file 'cut in pieces' to prevent needing a lot of supports. I used superglue to put it together. For printing in PLA I recommend supports in front of the eye sockets (not all the way in), so it will support the edge above the eye sockets (check photos). This also counts for the holes of the eye sockets in the interior part. Also had some support for the small stone ridge on the side of the left tower, and a smaller support underneath the entrance arc of the lower interior. I used a dremel to clean it up. The torches are a little bit fragile. I reinforced it with some superglue. Paint job: (spraycan or airbrush) Black primer, Zenithal with petrol-color. With for some zenithal lighting effects. A little bit of yellow spraycan/ around the torches.
