Tronxy X5SA Direct Drive Adapter - with original parts
Description
This is a 3D printeable Direct Drive extruder adapter, using the orignial extruder, extrued motor, and screws. I ended this project as my Titan Aero have been arrived. There is 2 version, a normal one, and a redrawn one. The Redrawn one is the more recent and more precise. Check Update log for information. Update, 2021.10.12.: -I tried it, but only to move. Still have to make a longer cable for the extruder -Removed front optional stiffener, as it was not needed -Moved some holes -Made the backplate sinked holes hexagonal for the nut, but I still have to measure it, it was just eyed -Made the back plate shorter in height and shorter in depth, as it was a bit skewed after assembly Update, 2021.10.19.: -I redawn the whole part, for better sizing -Moved the extruder colser -Moved the extruder a bit left to be more straight - Checked the nut sizes... 8mm... Still have to edit the model... Duhh.. Update, 2021.10.21.: -Updated the nut size on modell to 8mm (8.2mm to be exact) -Made some filet on the edges If anyone have any tips, I would thank it! (this is a temporary project until I recieve a Titan Aero, but I intend to finish it)
