Ender 3 5020 fan duct
Description
I decided to remix this awesome design by Fdumi to be able to print this in PLA without warping near hotend. Adjustments done: - Part cooling assembly widened by 4mm for more distance from hot end - Brace on hot end part widened by 4 mm fo tit new cooling assembly - Added side ventilation for hot end duct to improve heat dissipation and reduce the back pressure For usage of 4020 Sunon Part-cooling fans you will need additional circuit. As the Board PWM frequency is too slow and under-voltage protection is being triggered on fans. This solution is a hot fix. Ideally is to increase frequency of PWM by switching to different timer on Motherboard (soldering and FW adjustments needed) OR Arduino PWM controller.
