Creality Ender and CR10S P/V2 Filament Spool Arm Replacement

Creality Ender and CR10S P/V2 Filament Spool Arm Replacement

Description

This is an edit of Filaments Fridays remix of the ender 3 spool holder for the Ender 3/PRO/V2, 5/PRO/PLUS, 7, CR10s PRO/V2... mounts directly to the 2020 rail. Hardware needed: 2- M4x10 screws and 2 M4 T-nuts This utilizes the standard Creality bayonet lug nut and screw hardware. Can be mounted on the right or left side of the frame or vertical rail at any desired height. Just throw out the nut and the original rod secures right into place and locks with a full twist. Any spool holder with the Creality stock Lug pattern should work with this. Vertical application and Horizontal differences are that the bayonet lugs are positioned 90 degrees offset for ball bearing rollers with lugs that need to be installed upright. Solid application can have their own infill designs added to your preference. just remove top and bottom layers, choose your infill then add blocks on the ends of the model in your slicer to add top and bottom layers. Here-----> https://youtu.be/eVP7dVXIhOU?t=177 CHEP lays out how to manipulate setting in cura for solid objects. Print as file shows on bottom face. Add supports for "touching build plate" at 5-10% support infill or just add a support block on the little locking lugs inside the round housing..
