BIQU H2's 5015 and 4010 fans mount for BIQU B1
Description
Existing fan mount and H2 adapter don't work well for me so I design my own fans mount. There are two versions of the mount. First one is dual 5015 which I used SUNON Double Ball Bearing EF50152B1-1C01C-A99 and second one is dual 4010 which come with stock BIQU B1. There are also an alternative version of 5015 mount and a slightly modified version of BIQU H2 for BIQU B1 adapter by DaStivi which I also mix his BLTouch mount with my fans mount. This is a bit overkill. !!!This mount must be Print with temperature resist filament!!! Parts requirements -7x 6mm M3 screws -4x 8mm M3 screws -4x 20mm M3 screws (0 for 4010 mount) -8x M3 nuts (4 for 4010 mount) -8x 8mm 2.8mm screws (come with stock BIQU B1's hotend) for 4010 mount How to install -mount the support to the H2 extruder and secure it with 6mm M3 screws. Other side of the support should point away from nozzle. -mount fans mount to the H2 extruder with 6mm M3 screws then join the support with the mount with 8mm M3 screws and M3 nut. -for 5010 fans push 5015's air vein into the slot and secure it with 20mm M3 screws and M3 nuts. -for 4010 fans angel 4010 fan 45 degrees away from the slot and push it on to the slot. Push 4010 fan against back of the fan slot and secured it with 8mm 2.8mm screw. -for BLTouch it may depend on your mounting preference, It requires 2x 6mm M3 screws and 2x M3 nuts for install. -when mount the H2 extruder to the adapter it should begin with 2x 8mm M3 screws on the top and a single 6mm M3 screw on the back for extra rigidity. After finishing install the nozzle off set should be around X-5,Y-5 from the stock extruder and BLTouch offsets around X-8,Y-26,Z2.05 from nozzle. If your printer use RepRap after set extruder steps to around 932 steps per mm I recommend to set maximum instantaneous speed changes, speeds and accelerations up. If not you will experience printing speed drop because the printer will take more time waiting for filament retraction.
