Durable GoPro Lite 5,6,7 (TAGE Edition)
Description
This is a custom gopro lite mod. Has sufficient space for an internal iflight bec, uses the buttons (AND ONLY THE BUTTONS) from betafpv for the gopro 5,6,7 and more importantly lets you use the stock lense mounting system. It uses the original front face of the gopro 5,6, and 7 making it incredibly durable. This is because the firewall that gopro uses is made from metal and works great for heat disspation along with structural strength. Using an iflight bec you can get the necessary 5v input on the gopro. After multiple iterations I've settled on using the USB input as it provides the cleanest power and is flexible and durable compared to the betafpv board. For power I use a pigtail from my stack to a set male/female BT2.0 connectors, as it's durable and easy to use. Total weight: 54g. The backshell should be printed in PLA+, high infill, high durability.Punch out the buttons entirely when finished to use the alternative TPU buttons (which function better). The buttons should be printed in TPU, at 30-40% infill and are removable for taking in and out of cases.
