Hahnel Triad 30 Quick Release clip
Description
This is the quick release clip/bracket/shoe or whatever you want to call it for my camera tripod. The tripod is a Hahnel with Triad 30 ball head with quick release. You can't buy the missing part anymore and I wasn't going to replace a whole tripod for the sake of a missing clip. This fits into the quick release mech and locks in place firmly. You need a standard Camera tripod screw to actually screw it to the camera. In the photos I used a printed screw, THIS IS NOT SAFE. It will easily snap and drop your camera as well as leaving plastic in the screw thread. I only did this to test the clip while I wait for the normal metal screw to arrive from eBay. Print upside down for no supports needed.
