VW MK1 Door Handle Lever Driver's Side
Description
I got tired of buying poor quality aftermarket door handles and decided to print my own poor quality handle :) This is jus the lever that you pull with your finger. It will require you to remove the door handle and the old lever. This means removing the pivot pin that holds it. You may need to grind or drill off the rivet head of the pin. You can keep the pin and glue it back on, or do what I did and machine a new titanium pin. The point is that you're on your own for the pin. Keep in mind that this is for the driver's side handle. The features that are not symmetric are the round boss that sticks out of the end, and the pocket for the spring. I added as much material around the pivot as possible, which made the spring area dependent on which way the spring is wound. This area may need to be modified if your handle's spring is different.
