Hemera V6 Cooling Duct with Nozzlecam Endoscope Mount with CR10V2 / CR10V3 mounting brackets.
Description
This is a remix of Hangtight's awesome fan duct that includes an endoscope mount, which allows for a pretty cool view of your prints. I'm using a super cheap wired usb otoscope I bought off amazon. I've included the .blend file in the event you want to resize the bore hole to fit your specific endoscope or otoscope. I recommend making the hole smaller than required and using a drill bit to get it fitted tightly. The scope is held in place by a m3 screw (a PC speed screw in my case). Also included are re-cut Hemera mounting brackets for a CR10V2 / CR10V3 that allow for proper clearance of the heating block when arranged for this fan duct. Ignore the brackets if you don't need them. Print in PETG, ABS, or high temp resin. PLA may droop from the heat if you have long periods with the part cooling fan off. I'm also using these files in addition to what I've included: Remixed - BL Touch / Fan Duct combo mount: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4043071 Remixed - Reinforced BL Touch Sensor Mount: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4236516 Source for original mounting brackets: https://github.com/3d-printing-canada/CR10V2-Hermera. *Updated: 11/2/2021 - Reangled endoscope holder, changed set screw beveling to not require supports for resin prints, and recut the Hemera side CR-10V3 mounting adapter to give clearance of the heater block.
