Door Speakers Cover for VW Polo 6N1 (Curved Loudspeaker Cover) Volkswagen
Description
In my Volkswagen Polo 6N1 I have loudspeakers on both driver doors. I misplaced the covers from those. The car is older and some spare parts are hard to find. I thought about buying some [simple speaker covers](https://www.amazon.de/tomzz-Audio-2800-002-Lautsprecher-Kunststoffring/dp/B00OM0B2GK?__mk_de_DE=%C3%85M%C3%85%C5%BD%C3%95%C3%91&crid=1QQRR05AFJFGM&dchild=1&keywords=lautsprecher+abdeckung&qid=1635490684&sprefix=lautsprecher+abdeckung,aps,96&sr=8-3&linkCode=sl1&tag=thingiverse0e-21&linkId=8c8b269da866547bf430f0f1218c3ed2&language=de_DE&ref_=as_li_ss_tl). The problem with these is that they are straight. However, the inlets on the doors are curved, so [normal speaker covers](https://www.amazon.de/tomzz-Audio-2800-002-Lautsprecher-Kunststoffring/dp/B00OM0B2GK?__mk_de_DE=%C3%85M%C3%85%C5%BD%C3%95%C3%91&crid=1QQRR05AFJFGM&dchild=1&keywords=lautsprecher+abdeckung&qid=1635490684&sprefix=lautsprecher+abdeckung,aps,96&sr=8-3&linkCode=sl1&tag=thingiverse0e-21&linkId=8c8b269da866547bf430f0f1218c3ed2&language=de_DE&ref_=as_li_ss_tl) won't fit. So I decided to build the covers myself. *The build consists of 3 steps:* 1. Printing (and painting) 2. Welding on the speaker mesh 3. assembling They are pretty easy to build and look quiet descent.
