VFD tube support ring (Z560 Z570 and similar)

Update: Some more tinkering requiered. Some poeple made projects where they had bent the leads much outward. Probably in order to make it easier to feed the leads trough and make the pads more distant from each other on pcb. Added the Z560 V2 and even more simplyfied Z560 V3 file. Added the Z570M V2 file (increased hole circle diameter) The specifications of sockets for use on se the pdf file. -small size VFD tubes Z560 and alike. -large size VFD tubes Z568M and alike Socket manufacturer: Elektronische Bauelement, Werk Dorfhain (GdR) Tubes Manufacturer Werk fuer Fernsehelektronik, Berlin (GdR) The parts: The will do not have the absent say "filled" index hole.
