Ps5 headphones stand for magnetic charger
Description
# Updates --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- __Update 2021-12-06__ 1. I modified the snap fits to be a bit more durable. 2. There's now a universal version available that should fit other brands of magnetic charger cables. The base of this version comes in 4 different sizes. Print the cable test to test which size suites your cable the best, see instructions below. If you don't want to print the cable test, I'd suggest you print s4 which is the largest size, then you can always put some tape on your cable if it doesn't fit tightly. The universal parts are NOT compatible with the Cafele parts, even the panels aren't, the snap fits are moved around on the universal model. __How to use the cable test:__ See the picture A. Check if the tip of your cable can fit through the hole (very likely) B. Check if the thicker part of the cable is not longer than 1 side of the cable test (very likely) C. Find the cable path that fits your cable the best. Choose the largest one that you can fit your cable in but still holds it tight if you give the cable a light tug. __How to assemble the universal version:__ First connect the cable to your headphones and place them in the base-part. Put the cable into the cable guide. Now make sure the cable is still connected to the headphones, if you snap the parts together you will probably not be able to remove them without breaking the snap fits. Now you can snap everything together. Done! If you have my magnetic charger model (Cafele) you may print the cafele parts for a perfect fit, or the s3 universal version (but why?). --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- # Description This is a stand for your pulse3d ps5 headphones. It's built to fit a magnetic charger inside, I used this one: https://www.amazon.se/gp/product/B07ZKCQPWQ (CAFELE magnetic charger USB-C), but there's also a universal version that should fit any round tipped magnetic charger, see update notes. The 4 parts snaps together, no need to use glue. I wanted some extra weight for mine to hold it down when removing the headphones. So I printed the base part with 0% infill and drilled a hole in it and filled it up with a mixture of airgun ammunition and plaster. This worked very well, it's very heavy now and doesn't move around when I pick up my headphones :). If you want to try this I suggest you do it before assembling the pieces, or it's easy to break them, the snap fits require some force.
