Lithophane LED Strip Lightning Teser
Description
This is an LED Strip Testing Box for Lithophane's to test different LED Strips and Light Conditions. For now i designed it for any 5050 LED Strip and 120x80mm Lithophane's with a 2mm Border. For Testing purpose i used SK6812 RGBCW Light Strips an Wemos D1 Mini and WLED to Test different Britgtnesses and Colors Mixes and also how many Stirps i actually need to get an even Brightness on the whole Lithophane. For an Real and Final Lithophane afterwards i'm thinging about to reproduce the same with an cheaper RGBW 5V Strip since.. Because Yeah.. The SK6812 are quite expensive if you want to make a few Lithophanes and mass produce them. Also the Box features 4 different Slots to put the Lithophane in to test a Distance from the Stripes from 4mm to 16mm. The f3d File is also somewhat Paramedic (at least i hope so) to easily change the sizes of the Lithophane and scale the whole thing up or down. But.. This is still just my Theory, but in case the Lighting works just like intended on a smaller Version... Why should'nt it also work if you put the same Setup in a bigger Box? Also Provided is a special Plate to put an BH1750 Light Sensor inside to read out the actual LUX Messuarments.. I overthinked it a bit.. And did'nt need it yet.. But yeah it's there if someone needs it. For assembly just slide the LED Strip in and bend the start and end a bit over to get the Cables behind it. On a Side note.. Its also a nice Box already if you close up the Back of it in Fusion 360.
