NEJE 30W/40W air-assist nozzles
Description
These are remixes of dkj4linux's air assist nozzles. I found that the walls were a bit too flimsy when printed on a resin printer, so I strengthened the backwall for the 30W nozzle (you may need to file it down after printing, there's not much space there) and made replacement cones for both (the original cone prints fine for the 40W version). Then I took off a bit of material from the front plate to make it fit. I also made variants with a 8/10mm air intake. That's what comes out of the compressors we use, so why force it through some thinner hose? The air flow is much higher this way, so I can only recommend it. But I'd suggest you use stiffer PVC hose that won't easily fold and block the airflow. Included are: * 30W 6mm with my new cone and backwall enhancement * 30W 10mm with my new cone and backwall enhancement (tested) * 40W 6mm with my new cone * 40W 6mm with original cone * 40W 10mm with my new cone * 40W 10mm with original cone (tested) I printed all of them, but only tested the two I marked above. If you have issues with air escaping at the top, put thin strips of a double-sided foam tape (e.g. tesa powerbond or 3M 4218P) around the opening. it takes a bit of force to compress it down so you can screw it in place, but it works very well.
