Star Trek Ascendancy Cardassian Starbase
Description
This is a game piece I designed to add to the board game Star Trek Ascendancy, for the Cardassian faction. I loved the DS-9 design made by m_collectable for catan, so I used that as a starting point. I added more detail to the ring, resized it, and added a base/stand that fits the starbase 'tokens' to sit on the outside of planets in the board game. I then added a Cardassian symbol to that stand. In the pictures, I colored the base of one of them black with a sharpie, just to see if I liked the look better. Now you can see too! You can add these pieces to the current game to give your game a feel of advancing through the ages from just getting warp technology to becoming the main power in the galaxy. I designed this to be similar size and shape as the main game pieces. Designed for an FDM printer, so I didn't go too fancy on the details, you're welcome to fancy it up if you'd like.
