Meilan X5 mount for Kestrel Talon X
Description
Mount for Meilan X5 Turn Signal light onto Kestrel Talon X (55cm). Printed PETG, 0.2 Speed using 0.4 Nozzle. 20% Infill, Grid (others may work better). It fits a bit snug, but should be fine reusing the existing Meilan Mount and screws. About 95mm of 3M Electrical tape should provide enough padding along the inside for the post-mount. Design could use a few more adjustments, but works for my needs at the moment. Potential future fixes: +Screw tabs to better secure clamp to the post +Modify (design or infill) to be more flexible. Heard a crunch when sliding onto post, but seems to be secure. +Could do without the 16/74 degree angle modification as it seems an angled post was already accounted for in the Meilan mounting hardware. I have it angled downward at its maximum at this point. But, I'm not good enough with Fusion360 to correct this after the fact. (Also on: https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/85531)
