Coin Pusher for 1 Euro Cents
Description
Hi! I have remixed some Coin Pusher plans originally from a wooden/plexi model. I have scaled them to factor 0.65 so they could fit on the bed of an Ender 3. Also taken into consideration it would work with 1 eurocent pieces. You'll need some scrap of plain clear plexi glass 2mm, not much. The plans for those pieces are also added in a .png format. The rest of all the parts you can print and choose the colors you prefer! Some pieces need a small support, most of them don't. Please make sure your XYZ calibration is OK otherwise you'll need to grind some plastic off. But it's quit possible you have to do it anyway to make it fit perfectly. The main parts are: - plexi strip (example 200x400mm), thickness 2mm - screws + nut 2mmx30mm , ~60 pcs - plastic iron pearls but small ones( it's possible you'll have to grind them a little bit smaller) - Continuous rotation servo (MG90s) - Arduino Nano + board - Some small cables - Small knob (10mmx15mm)(hole can be adjusted likewise) - 9V battery + Connector For the controlling of the servo motor, I used the standard library servo function on PWM pin7 and wrote value 82 to the servo. Sorry, I'm not sharing the code because I'm a bad programmer :p I redesigned and reworked a lot so there can be error made during the process. Don't hesitate to report them! So enjoy and feel free to ask questions when needed. Many Thanks to Nightxp for the basic plans!!! https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4668981 Greetz John
