Anycubic I3 Mega Anti Z-Wobble (Remix to end all remixes)
Description
Thanks to 3ds_caine (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3739815) for the design of this attachment. As there are quite a few remixes of the original design made by Sniper_is_Silent (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3563757), most of them have incomplete mesh bodies (which caused issues with slicing for some people) and some remixes are simply stretched to increase the bore distance from 24.5mm to 25mm which is unacceptable. I decided to remake this model from scratch in PTC Creo. I have included MANY STL varieties of this model for you to chose from so you can test for your printer and see which one fits best because the feedback seems to be mixed in the comments. I have also included the Creo source files so you can modify if you would like. I have created the following variations and all combinations of those variations as STL files: • M3 screw • M4 screw • Single hole • Double hole • Bore distance 24.5mm • Bore distance 25mm • Bearing slot diameter 22.5mm • Bearing slot diameter 22.3mm So download and have a look to see which one you would like. The one shown in photos is "z-wob_25distance_225bearing_2screw_m3.stl". I have installed it using a couple of M3 button hex screws, washers and locknuts and it works perfectly. Printed using PETG and I recommend you do the same as PLA may be too brittle for how tight you may need to tighten them.
