Portable pills cutter
Description
Portable pill cutter concept, designed for those for struggle to cut their pills when needed. The model is still a work in progress and has been made to fit pills with a 12 mm max width (I based my model on the size of standard Augmentin pills). The hinge needs a 30mm long rod with diameter of 3 mm, the STL for the rod is provided but I would recommend using a steel rod to avoid any failure. The blades are as well printeable, but due to the small thckness, those print with fdm are bound to fail very quickly. I would recommend using a SLA printer for that, or fitting cutter blades with 1 mm base width. Hope this can help someone who needs it! 3D-CTCycle
