SAF 6" FPV frame
Description
Designed this for props out of view @ 20 degree gopro tilt (just corner of 6" props in view in 4:3) 30.5 x 30.5 front mounting, 20x20 for vista in rear - CF parts 1 - 6topplate in 3mm (0.5mm chamfer outside/battery strap slot on both sides) 1 - 6bottomplate in 3mm 1 - 6armplate in 3mm 4 - 6arm in 7mm (or 6armhorned for more motor protection) - Hardware 8 - m3x20mm standoff (airunit cam is tight, you may want 25mm standoffs if 30degree+) 10 - m3x8mm 16 - m3x10mm for motors 4 - m3x12mm (for gopro mount) 6 - m3x20mm (4 for FC/ESC, 2 for the rear arms into standoffs) 7 - m3x16mm for arms 7 - m3 pressnuts - 3d prints 2 - fpvcam (one mirrored) (fpvcamshort should work better for 30 degree) 2 - immortal t 1 - caddxantenna 1 - GoPro 10 mount, i designed 20/30degree versions with lens protected versions of each, mounting is 27mmwidex40mm long Install arms first and leave center bolt last with other bolts loose, use socket head for first time centerbolt install to get the extra torque of a 2.5mm head.(It will be tight) Im careful when it starts to hit pressnut to makesure it threads in good, may take some arm filing at center bolt hole if its too tight
