the parts have enough tolerance on the axles, but it really doesn't have to be tight, even the original parts fit very loosely fit inside the 2" core is quite tight, you might want to decrease horizontal expansion in slicer to -0.2 or thereabouts depending on how precise dimensions your printer can print. Or simply sand it after printing for easier fit. v2 files have the outer diameter reduced by 0.5mm, those should be printed without further dimension reduction. It doesn't fit much film in the cassette when using the 2-inch core, but it might be useful for those odd short ends laying in the fridge.
