Some of those bolts have pulled through the plastic leaving the panel wobbling. ###This super simple replacement washer part is sized, tested, and looks great. Just undo your boats nut & metal washer, pull the bolt, put the bolt through this plastic washer and reinstall it. The tapered washer nests tight inside panel hole, with the surface close to flush. Looking at some online pictures, I bet a lot of boats between 1996 and 2010+ might need this little gem. Leave a comment with your year and model if this solution works for you. If there are any modifications or additions that could help you out, please leave a comment and we'll see what we can do. Cheers! ####Printing Notes: - Printed with regular PLA - Recommend an infill of 70% or more - make it strong... we're crushing a washer! 70% worked great for me. - I set the number of shells to 4 (outside skin before doing infill. again for strength)
