Fan mount, combined with ubis adapter for wade groovemount

I Liked The Fan Mount From Http://Www.Thingiverse.Com/Thing:104688, But Needed Something To Mate To The Prusa I3 Wade Extruder (In The Github Repo) That Was Set For Either A Groovemount Or An Ubis. So I Melded The Two Together. There Are Two Here. Groovemount-Fan.Stl Is For Regular Groovemount Hotends (Like The E3D V6), Groovefan.Stl Is For Ubis Hotends (Printrbot)
