Kenner Star Wars inspired Automatic Door Playset
Description
I wanted to create some accessories that Kenner never made for its classic Star Wars toy line back in the early 80s. Like this automatic door, which is inspired by the doors from Deathstar or Star Destroyers. The playset consists of four parts: a floor element with sockets for two figures, the door frame, a control unit and the door itself. All parts are connected by little round pins which get pressed into octagonal holes. The door mechanism can be pulled up with a handle on the backside. The playset is expandable in every direction. You can connect more floor parts and other wall parts on every side if you need to. This is the first part from a series of various playsets planned for the future. Hope you enjoy it!
