CTC Bizer / Makerbot X-Axis Carriage for E3D-V6 Hotend

CTC Bizer / Makerbot X-Axis Carriage for E3D-V6 Hotend

Description

After upgrading mit CTC to the E3D-V6 hotend using X-Axis Carriage designs, I found here on Thingiverse, I wanted to be able to see the nozzle with my webcam during printing. Furthermore I wanted to have 2 cooling fans on the side to improve cooling. So this is the design I came up with. The filament guide is designed for a 6mm PTFE tube. The extra space between the end of the tube and the filament drive block is for easy accessibility during filament loading or unloading. You will need: Screws DIN 912: -M2 x 12: 2 pcs -M2 x 20: 4 pcs -M3 x 16: 4 pcs -M3 x 20: 4 pcs Nuts: -M2: 6 pcs -M3: 4 pcs Misc: -4010 cooling fan: 2 pcs -cable ties: 2 pcs -In my case, the X-belt was too short to fit in the mounting bracket, so I purchased a longer one
