Castle Crasher Knight Helmet
Description
I made this for my 10 year old son for Halloween. I tried some other files I found on Thingiverse but all were not quite right and too big for my printer. The design is a great fit for my son once you pad it out with sponge or similar padding. Easy to stick it in with hot melt glue if you are careful. There are 2 parts (top & bottom) for ease of printing. The extended tab can be glued into the bottom easily. I used a silicon sealant as it lets it slide in nicely and doesn't go off too quickly. He loved it and still wears it. Its very robust. I left the eyes without lenses and its fine. PRINTED VERTICALLY LIKE A TUBE RATHER THAN LED DOWN!
