Cable chain mount for X carriage - Ender 3

This is a remix to itsmannyy's remix. (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3394506) of FedorSosnin's design (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3132855). His design is excellent, however on my Ender 3 purchased Nov 2021, it was to high to work with (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3623342) so I lowered the height on the chain link connectors by 2cm.
