Water bottle stand / Trinkflaschenständer for Riese Müller bikes

Description

This is a stand for drying and storing the water bottles, as supplied with Riese & Müller Superdelite/Supercharger and other bikes. In addition to the 3D printed parts, the following parts are needed: Central tube The design is based on a plastic tube with 22.75mm diameter and approx. 30cm length (*) Adapter, matching the cutout of the bottle Spring clips or matching cams as for the regular mounting, which develop enough holding force to keep the bottles 'upside down'. I basically developed the design for nylon clips and 11.5mm washers as shown in 'bottle holder additional hardware.jpg', but basically a printed part could be used as well. (*) Screws M3 x 20mm or similar. (These are screwed directly into the plastic at the 'bottle clip') (*) Originally I didn't develop this 'Thingi' for the public and adapted it exactly to the hardware I had in stock. On request, I might be willing to create other variants (e.g. for other diameters of the central tube and possibly also with printed adapter instead of the nylon clips). ============================================================ Trinkflaschenständer Das ist ein Ständer zum Trocknen und lagern der Trinkflaschen, wie sie bei Riese & Müller Superdelite/Supercharger und weiteren Bikes mitgeliefert werden. Zusätzlich zu den 3D gedruckten Teilen werden benötigt: Zentralrohr Das Design ist auf ein Kunststoffrohr mit 22.75mm Durchmesser und ca. 30cm Länge ausgelegt (*) Adapter, passend zur Aussparung der Flasche Federnde Clips oder passende Nocken wie bei der regulären Befestigung, die genügend Haltekraft entwickeln um die Flaschen 'verkehrt' rum zu halten. Das Design habe ich grundsätzlich für Nylonclips und 11.5mm Unterlagsscheiben, wie in 'Flaschenhalter additional hardware.jpg' ersichtlich entwickelt, aber grundsätzlich könnte auch ein gedrucktes Teil eingesetzt werden. (*) Schrauben M3 x 20mm o.ä. (Diese werden direkt ins Plastik beim 'Flaschenclip' geschraubt) (*) Ursprünglich habe ich dieses 'Thingi' nicht für die Öffentlichkeit entwickelt und genau der Hardware angepasst, die bei mir gerade vorrätig war. Auf Wunsch wäre ich eventuell bereit, weitere Varianten (z.B. für andere Durchmesser des zentralen Rohrs und allenfalls auch mit gedrucktem Adapter anstelle der Nylonclips) zu erstellen.
