Repair Set Conveyor Belt Duplo (Lego)
Description
This is a repair of a 35+ years old conveyor belt of out Duplo farm from the 85's. Prepare Instructions: From the yellow rollers grind off the lids on one side. Be a bit careful not ro grind off too much. Drill a hole in each roller. Try to meet the center! LOL Print the parts: belt with TPU, rest doesn't really matter. Try what fits best. Now when the friction roller fits over the drive roller (bottom roller with crank), drill a Ø2.0mm hole where the friction roll comes to sit!!! Thread a M3 into the roller. I think one thread is enough, you maybe do not need two of them. Assembly: I applied some sanitary grease on the places where the rollers roll and touch plastic. Put belt in bottom position, put drive roll into hole, put friction roll over drive roll. Now insert the set crew M3, maybe add some glue for fixation. ONLY NOW stretch the belt and input upper roller. Secure both rollers with the lid and a torx or whatsoever screw.
