Centrifuge adapter for 250 ml conical tubes
Description
This adapter allows the use of 250 ml conical tubes (see tube from Corning with product number 430776) in a centrifuge equipped with a JLA 8.1000 rotor (Beckman). The adapter was designed rather massive to withstand the forces during centrifugation and was tested up to 200g, covering most of the standard applications involved in work with mammalian cells.
