ABS filament building-pad instuction with 4 platform clamps (7mm)

ABS filament building-pad instuction with 4 platform clamps (7mm)

Description

U Have Problems With Abs-Prints And Don´T Have (Or Want) A Heated Bed? Try This: Use A 4Mm Pvc-Foam Pad On Top Of Your Build-Platform And Cover It With Kapton Tape: Due The Good Insulation Of The Pvc Beneath The Kapton Tape, Combined With A 230°C First-Layer- Temperature, Abs Sticks Pretty Good On The Platform, Even Without A Heated Bed! Explanation: That Is, Because The Heat Of The Filament In The First Layer Is Enough To Warm The Kapton-Tape For A Good Adhesion. Without The Insulation, The Glass Build-Plate Absorbs Too Much Of The Temperature, Cooling The First Layer Down Too Fast For A Good Contact. This Are 4 Platform Clamps For Mounting Such An Additional Pad On The Zim Glass-Platform (Not Only Suitable For Zim!). The Clamps Will Work From 7Mm To 9.5Mm, Due I Used A 4Mm Pvc Pad On Top Of The 5Mm Glass, Which Is Covered With A Kapton Tape On One Side. Print The "Mit_Logo"-Version For Zeepro-Logo On The Outside, Or "Ohne_Logo" Without The Logo.
