[newDesign] bike spoke ruler

Description

A simple ruler for measuring the bike spokes. Useful when changing the broken spoke or building the wheel, one can check the length. A recess in the back is done to accommodate the J-spokes a bit better. Also the groove along the ruler helps to keep it in place (same as some commercial rulers)
