0.8 - 3.5 Collet for Sisul's Hand Drill
Description
Smaller collet sizes for Sisul's Hand Drill design. Generally the same tolerances as Sisul's design. Changes I made are as follows: For all the Collets, I reduced the drill size hole slightly for a tighter fit as I found Sisul's design to be rather loose. Tighter collet hole sizes will allow for more grip on the drill bit and should reduce the bit slipping in the jaws. For Collet sized 0.5mm and 0.8mm, I had to do a complete re-design of the slots sizes along with the hole itself obviously (because the slicer wasn't capturing the diameter of the holes with the larger slot sizes). Outer dimensions remained the same. Files are large because I just exported them with extremely high resolution. Could probably get away with lower resolution but I didn't fuss around or experiment with it. Also, I removed the deboss from the top and moved it to the bottom as at 0.4mm print width, the details were getting lost in the print. Check back frequently for more Collet sizes. I will be uploading the STL files as I print the Collets. I'm planning on having the following sizes available: 0.5mm, 0.8mm, 1.0mm, 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, 3.0mm, 3.5mm, 4.0mm, 4.5mm, 5.0mm, 5.5mm, 6.0mm, 6.5mm, 7.0mm, 7.5mm, 8.0mm, 8.5mm, 9.0mm
