Guider 2 Filament stepper motor cooling fan mount
Description
I was having some issue with heat creep on long prints. I designed this fan mount to fit the same 40mm fan that is in the guider 2 cooling the stepper drives. I have connected the motor in parallel with the extruder cooling motor. ( so far its not overloading the control board, I've probably done over 200hrs of printing with it so far) I connected a plug between the fan and the power to the other fan so I can disconnect it whenever in want. The fan is bolted on with 2 X 4mm Allen cap screws. The bracket attaches to the head in the original cover holes. I also attached a small piece of double sided foam tape on the center of the fan between the fan and the stepper motor to act as a bit of insulation. This is not the most efficient deign, but I think it helps. Use at you own risk. I'm happy for people to mod and improve this.
