NEJE Master 2S PLUS 40 W laser Z axis/height adjustment
Description
I recently purchased a NEJE Master 2S PLUS and thought the height adjustment approach was a bit weak. This is my initial attempt to design a height adjustment modification. This can be 3D printed and uses standard 1/4" hex bolt and nut in a nut capture approach to allow for height adjustment. The picture shown has a 1 1/2" long hex bolt. The design was based on a YouTube video of a laser cut height adjustment approach titled: DIY Laser Module Height Adjustment Mechanism for the NEJE 40W Laser I had to make a few modifications based on this approach being additive and the laser cut approach was subtractive, but it still works. Print one of each of the STL files except the support.stl file. You will need to print two of those.
