iphone 6s Bike Phone Mount
Description
This is an iphone 6s phone mount I designed as a proof of concept. The design prints in three parts. This is designed for a set of carbon fiber handlebars of 30mm dia. where if tightened too far, the print will fail before damage is done. To assemble, all you need are: 2x M4x20 bolts, 1x M4x16 bolt, 2x M4 square washers (7mm wide x 2mm thick) and 2x M4 regular washers. I've added a strip of rubber (1mm thick) to prevent slipping and dampen impacts and vibrations somewhat. You could use an old inner tube. I have tested this myself and it seems surprisingly stable! I wouldn't use this over an off-the-shelf product but this is just a proof of concept. Let me know if you ever print this and post a picture if you do.
