Old 3DS XL hinge with extra material
Description
I modded the original piece to make it bigger to increase the area that made contact with the original (broken) plastic. In my case I had a lot of extra material, and all I needed was to increase the area to glue it to the original broken case. I sanded down the surface and used a strong glue to keep it in place. For extra strength I added baking soda to the glue, and it worked perfectly. (search for this online. it really works)
