Armstrong 6 Pounder Cannon
Description
This is a 3D model of a British late 18C cannon barrel of 6 pounder caliber. Model made from plans acquired from Nautical Research Guild website here: https://thenrg.org/resource/articles May be of use to ship model builders and wargamers. My intention is to use this as the positive in a silicone rubber mould to make waxes for lost wax casting in brass/bronze. The split bodies will be most useful for this purpose. Cannon of this period were cast solid and bored/machined later.
