Headlamp L shape light bike mount
Description
This is a right angle flashlight handle bar mount for 22mm handle bar diameter and 33mm (for closer to stem mounting). attach using zip ties, recommend using a small strip of rubber (old inner tube) between mount and handle bar ***Please only use this for low power headlight settings in urban environments or around other people**** A cut off reflector should be used or the light should be strongly angled down at the ground to prevent blinding on coming traffic/ persons. This mount holds the Skilhunt h04 and Wurkkos HD15 firmly (basically any flashlight with ~22mm diameter body holder also features lips to allow a stronger retention of the light if you really don't want it to accidentally pop out. grooves in the two side arms allow for adding rubber to the gripping area if one finds that the light rotates to easily. Easiest way to do this is to cut small rubber bands from an old road bike inner tube and put them on each arm. I've printed this in PLA for testing and it seems to hold up OK but I would recommend PETG for this application. Increase wall layer count for a stronger hold, print on one of its flat faces Hope this is useful, look forward to seeing others use this design Happy cycling!
