SMD Component Holder - For 2020 Extrusion

This is a remix of the SMD component magazine. I wanted to have more expandability while using 2020 extrusion. Why? Because with 2020 we can just clip on the magazines to anything we want and quickly. 2020 has become apart of all machines today so why not use that to our ability to make manual pnp feeder holders for manual pnps, manual pnp feeders for actual PNP machines and so on. I also wanted to just have a printed version. Something to clip on and off potentially with one hand. So I printed a thumb spring latch that allows for a bit of compression so the magazines don't have too much play. For now I don't have a script to create everything possible but I have it parametrically modeleded so that I have 3 dimensions that can change the model at will. These are the tape thickness or tape depth. Usually measured by the top of the tape where the components can be picked out to the backside. The tape width. This changes by how wide your components are. Generally for 0805 size and down this would be 8mm. And finally the diameter of the reel. For a 1000 quantity digireel of 0603 resistors it can be fit in a 60-70mm diameter reel. In the picture I have them in a 80mm reel. So from the titles of each file it should read tape thickness x tape width x reel diameter. I can make more upon request. Also I found that with 0.2mm resolution and PETG I can add labels without too much hassle. Time will tell if they stay. My current plan is to use this with PNPAssist and potentially for some automated PNP feeders. All this does for me now is allow for better organization and quick assemblies of component trays to make my circuit boards without having to 3D print the rails they clip in to.
