Ender 3 Max Fan Shroud w/ Dial Indicator Mount
Description
I wanted to be able to add a dial indicator to the extruder very quickly and did not want to modify the BL touch mount to do so. I thought I'd add a mount to the fan shroud that could be left in place so I could quickly mount the indicator via the 8 mm diameter portion of the dial indicator rod. So I disassembled the fan assembly and removed the cover from the extruder and started taking off the critical measurements to draw up a design. Let me say how much I HATE the Ender 3 Max fan shroud. It sucks to reassemble... IMO the designers are idiots. BUT I copied the shroud faithfully anyway, because it is not my place to fix their poor design.
