LG MCS-04WD USB charger compatible case
Description
My LG MCS-04WD USB charger got one of the plugs broken so I opened it, took the board out and made an enclosure for it. Open the original by pressing the USB cover by the sides with an adjustable plier. Use a standard PC power cord for replacing the plugs, about 10cm of cable will do. Solder it to the board terminals. Fix the power cable with two plastic zippers, one outside and one inside next to the cable hole, so it will not drag the board in case of a sudden pull. Use superglue to fix the printed cover to the body.
