Description

These holder hold circuit boards of different shapes and sizes, allowing you to work on the board for soldering or measuring it in a very simple way. Plastic supports can be printed on ASA, ABS, PETG or PLA. At the bottom of each holder there is a neodymium magnet that ensures strong adhesion. A bottom plastic edge protects the magnet and makes the PCgrab holder slide off easily. The "jaw" can be opened widely and a stainless steel spring ensures a high locking force. Being the plastic support it will not damage the circuit board. We can print the supports in two different sizes: one 65mm and the other 53mm. Before printing the holders it is important to adjust the printing profile: -Horizontal expansion equal to zero. -The flow will be modified until the test pieces fit as shown in the video. Material required for a support, including the test one: - Printed parts, preferably ASA or ABS: Base, Knurling and Screw. - Steel spring 20mm long, 10mm diameter and 1mm thick. - Neodymium magnet 18mm diameter and 2mm thick. https://youtu.be/K_Czu2Jy6Pg --- Estos soportes sujetan placas de circuito de diferentes formas y tamaños, permitiendo trabajar sobre la placa para soldar o medirla de una manera muy sencilla. Los soportes de plástico pueden imprimirse en ASA, ABS, PETG o PLA. En la parte inferior de cada soporte hay un imán de neodimio que asegura una gran adherencia. Un borde de plástico inferior protege el imán y hace que el soporte de PCgrab se deslice fácilmente. La "pinza" puede abrirse ampliamente y un muelle de acero inoxidable asegura una gran fuerza de bloqueo. Al ser el soporte de plástico no dañará la placa de circuito. Podemos imprimir los soportes en dos tamaños distintos: uno de 65mm y otro de 53mm. Antes de imprimir los soportes es importante ajustar el perfil de impresión: -Expansión horizontal igual a cero. -Se modificará el flujo hasta que las piezas de test encajen tal y como se muestra en el video.
